Snyder Iron & Metal was founded in 1975 in the heart of West Texas, and for five decades, we've built our reputation on three things: honesty, safety, and never making it harder than it needs to be.
What started as a single yard in Snyder, Texas, has grown into a five-location operation with yards in Snyder, Sweetwater, Anson, Andrews, and Big Spring. We're positioned across the Permian Basin and surrounding region to serve customers of every size — from someone bringing in a pickup-load of copper wire to major oil companies calling us out for large-scale tank tear-downs and industrial cleanups.
